Edit: As of 11/6/2020 - RADICAL STUDIO is being removed from STEAM and you can download it from their website. It's free to download with UNLIMITED use and NO SUBSCRIPTION. You now only pay for animation data you download in one minute increments.

Subscription models don't have regional pricing.

it´s not free. it asks for an annual 384 dollars - studio subscription. without that you cannot even open the tool to try.
