This game is the spiritual succsessor to MoO series in my opinion.
I dont recall how much i paid for it ~ full price or discount,
so i will say i got my time/money's worth. Hell i even played it few years later when they did the big updates.

A 4x *game* first and foremost, where other 4x lean more toward being a sim (Distant Worlds 2) or an experience (Stellaris). It feels like playing with cards and tokens on tiles, featuring grid-based MoO2 style tactical combat.
