Yea this is just bug simulator a lot of bugs I even managed to teleport on to my scope of my hunting rifle and use that to fly into the sky and yea sound effects break you can teleport into buildings and animals don't die

I would not recommend this game at this moment
CONS :
- Locomotion is tedious and does not feel immersive
- Animals have no awareness whatsoever
- When you shoot an animal, it stands there for a few seconds and drops dead. Not very realistic

Sadly, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.
Problems:
1. Launching the game brings up the Unity graphics settings menu every time, so if you're already in VR, you have to swap to the desktop view to hit OK and continue launching the game.
