The game is very casual game. You can play it any time you want and give up. The story is well-constructed but also still has flaws. Also GUI still has some minor bugs. Overall, it's a good game for entertaining.

I'm VERY mixed on whether to give it a up or down. Ultimately, I went with down. I had some marginal fun for the first 9 hours but the grind is REAL.
So, basically, this game is more of a doctor sim than an actual porn game. Which, imo, is pretty neat.
