omg it works. hold reset button like it asks but click down stick on right controller. if you see new game load game etc. now you just gotta open steam controller bindings and select quest 3 controls people usually share these across most games. now boom

so unless you have the right vr headset, dont use the meta quest 3 for this game. you will be stuck in the menu screen with no acsess to anything. i shouldnt have to search up a obsurce method of fixing this price.
