Seat of War is a great game, problem is, there is nobody online. The game needs more players. When the game gets more players, it will be even better. I like that they made the game free, that will help the playerbase for sure. I say give it a try.

This reminds me of Into the War, an old, defunct multiplayer shooter that seems to use some of the same assets. It looks like most of the game's content was bought off the rack from the Unity store.
This has no playerbase so don't bother.
