It is difficult to recommend VEGAS PRO EDIT 16. I see VEGAS PRO 18 is out now as I write this, and that 16 can no longer be bought on Steam. If 18 is anything like 16 it is too costly. As far as I can see there is no option to upgrade/update by version 16
