Pros: - Cool to see the primitive Greek-influenced version of Italy before it became the classical version we are familiar with - Nicely detailed map - A great narrative bridge between the Peloponnesian episode prior (Wrath of Sparta), cool to have this e

Great DLC! The campaign is hard, Rome is the underdog, but the map is awesome and lots of cultures.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but it's up to you to ensure the Republic rises and the world fear the name Rome. This review brought to you by the Guild of Millers. The Guild of Millers uses only the finest grain. True Roman bread, for true Romans.

This is a really solid zoomed in campaign, which is not to say it isn't a grand time. The map is still quite large, it just focuses on Italy and some surrounding locations. For what it is worth, this DLC also brought some good base game updates with it as

I've been bouncing off of total war games for years, never really being able to get into them. I always thought they were cool but I was never able to figure out 4x games and I was always bad at the battles. I've tried several of these games and the tutor

Total Total War fan, just hate this DLC. Constant spawns of enemy armies in your territory, diplomacy is bad in most CA games but this one it isn't even a thing. Everyone is just constantly declaring war even if you will steamroll them in a turn. Just not

Creative Assembly added so much to this game that it became something totally different after all these years. You cant compare Rome 2 when it was released with the Rome 2 today. It can be sometimes overwhelming since esspecially the diplomatic mechanic

历史背景和一些新的机制挺好的,但游戏本身很差劲,你的经济永远很差养不了足够的兵力,然后你的敌人AI都只剩一两块地了还在家里刷满编火星兵,你手动作战无数场以少胜多,比不过AI刷

I've played Rome 2 on and off for a few years now, but over time the Grand Campaign lost it's lustre soon after I started up a new game. I just completed a campaign as Tarchuna in this campaign pack and it was everything I was missing, not just a new worl

The city of Rome lay in smoldering ruins. The Gallic war cries still echoed in the hills, and the air smelled of smoke, blood, and fear. The streets were deserted; citizens had fled to the hills or hidden in temples. The Senate had scattered. It seemed as

Very well made campaign. I wish it bled into the larger scale campaign. Units are fun and balanced; and expansion is hard and rewarding.

In this Italian focused DLC Rome starts relatively weak with only its capital and port village. You are surrounded by hostile factions and the first dozen or so turns are quite challenging. Rome starts out very Hellenic in this DLC which is cool to see an
