needs more realism but i enjoyed it. i felt like i couldn't loose at all. i wish real estate accounted for loan pay down and appreciation when reselling. also i wish i could pay off the mortgages.

It may be a little on the easy side, earning money on the Stock exhange is the only way to go. Investing inn property and bonds aint worth it inn the long run, only to increase your spending.
