Very odd short. First they copied Scanners (1981), then Stargate, all set in 1960's Australia. Not enough to go on. Since Part 2 never came out, we will never know.....

I actually was confused at what the story was about at first, then I started to understand near the end of the film. This was a pretty nice theory/conspiracy of what happened to Prime Minister Harold Holt after the Red Scare.
