I am sorry, but I can not recommend this game. It had massive potential, but it seems as if the devs just gave up on it to make a sequel. Hopefully the sequel will have more depth, as you can complete all the achievements in this game in less than 24 hour

Not the most complicated Government Simulator game, if you want something more detailed something like Democracy 3 or 4 is better. However I did have a lot of fun for the price, I enjoyed trying to balance everything on the harder difficulties.
