Not bad at all. It has that Silent Hill (P.T.) feel and nice puzzles.
Now the graphics. They are pretty nice, it's mostly furniture and all. Now the monsters are okay. You don't see them a lot though.
And the musics/sounds, they just fit the ambiance.

I enjoyed this game, yes it gets bad reviews because its very much like P.T but this is done really well, if you liked P.T you will love this, some very creepy bits in with excellent music and very good framerate, graphics are quite good too, not quite P.
