It's a very interesting game but I wish it was simpler to play.

An interesting game. It is kind of a puzzle, but with some interesting 'choices' to make. I enjoy the whole aspect of 'maintaining your emotional' balance interesting. Emotions are both threats and resources to your mind, which is a really compelling wa

The Quiet Sleep has zero frills. It isn't for everyone, but it's also one of the smartest games I've ever played and I can't recommend it enough if you enjoy system-driven narrative, which it handles exquisitely.
It introduces itself with a couple of qu

I wonder...
Was it when a new revelation made me stop and stare at the so logical and so unexpected plot twist in a tower defense/resource management game? Was it when I fuelled antisocial actions with energy borne out of frustration at this country? Was

This is a very interesting game. I've enjoyed many things about it but I honestly couldn't recommend someone else buying it.
Pros
- The core game mecanics of emotion tower defence is fun
- Creating ressource "loops" is enjoyable
Cons
- Game pauses const

A strange one, this. It's human relationships and emotional turmoil represented as a logistics puzzle. If you've ever played a cube-pushing Euro where stuff gets converted into other stuff it should appeal. There's also a sort-of tower defense aspect, whe

Frustrating. It's more a puzzle than a game, and if you don't guess early which directions you have to build in, you'll be kicked out after hours of trying.

The Quiet Sleep has 'cult classic' written all over it. It uses strategy, management, and tower defence mechanics to take you inside someone's head in a way that I don't think has ever been done before. It's really a bold experiment, and you'll be glad yo

When I got "Game Over" screen, I was not sure if I won or lost. I did everything the game asked me to do, and yet, the ending was abrupt and out of the blue. I googled a bit and found another similarly confused person here: https://steamcommunity.com/app/

It's an interesting game, very hard to describe. Sort of an Inside Out in video game form, with an interface that becomes more intuitive the more you think on it. The stories are excellent, and the slow reveals of them are quite engaging to watch unfold.

fantastic little piece of gameplay-driven storytelling, especially for a single euro on sale
also oddly relatable to my own thought processes and how i mentally allocate resources to try and get things done in life

A quite different take on handaling emotions through systems. It starts pretty simple but it gets pretty complicated. If you are into exploring something new, you should definitely try this.

Sorry, but that was a miss for me. Way too linear and didn't really tell much of an interesting story.
Whatever The Quiet Sleep does, Cultist Simulator does a lot better imo.

The Quiet Sleep is an unusual beast of a game with a fairly unique concept. You're in your own mind and must construct a functioning city/production line to defend yourself and motivate yourself. It's best considered a hybrid factory game, RTS, city bu

A story that can best be described as "Millennial Snowflake Simulator 2018" plonked atop a clicker.
I did not find it fun. It looks logistics-y but it's not. Horrendous mobile-style interface.

A single playthrough of The Quiet Sleep years ago was enough to cement it in my mind as a powerful metaphor for human thought processes. I guess I can't say if it will resonate with everyone, but this is one of very, very few games that describe a system

Meh-
There's a neat idea in this game, though its not fully baked. The interface suffers (and windowed views have scroll bars). The is confusing.
It is an intresting art piece at this time, but its not something I would recommend someone else get unle

Sorry -- this is such a cool idea but the game is just not polished enough to even really be for sale. I'm not sure why it is. It looks like a Visual Basic project that isn't finished. Please, I want to buy this idea but in a professional-looking and -fee

More a puzzle game than something story based. The mechanics and interface are clunky. Only $5, but not really my thing.
