First things first: The game is completely and unambiguously abandoned, to the point that their website is no longer up. Whatever you see is exactly all you're ever going to get. It will never see another bugfix or feature implementation.

As mentioned by others, the game is abandoned and unfinished game. I bought the game only to give back to the developers for playing the free online orginal Hex Empire and an unofficial copy of this game.

I used to play a lot of Hex Empire with Adobe Flash Player at class with friends. Then one day I saw these game an give it a try.

I wish I would say that this is as good as the first but they added too much. With the first all you had to worry was Morale and Troops most of the time. But now you got a budget, artillery, more nations and how that affects your morale it is a lot.
