The Steam demo makes it look boring and flat but it's addictive and fun. The in-game graphics are so much better than the screenshots. (

No it does not support Valve Index (and also forget about pseudovive, I think it lost compatibility with steamvr in the last year)
Maybe it works with Vive, but I am not recommending it to Valve Index users.
