I finished all 32 levels on regular in 99 minutes and didn't feel like playing the alternate modes (which are stupid). You get a great variety of enemies but pay heavily for it, if you compare the price of Spartaga vs Spacecats with Lasers.

I really loved Xortex in The Lab. The only game that seemed similar to it was Xion, which was also awesome. It reminded me of VR Gradius Galaxies.
This game is very very similar to Xortex, with extra customization, new enemies, some bosses, and honestly.

If you like Xortex from the lab, get this. At $20, though, this is too expensive. Wait for a sale. I got it in an indie gala bundle. It's very good though. There are 32 levels, lots of upgrades, leaderboard, etc. It's the best Xortex clone I've seen.

Its kinda ok. You're mostly just standing still and shooting at stuff in front of you. The ships gun auto fires so you just point at the enemy. The Labs version of this was a little more interesting because you'd use your roomscale a bit more and move
