I purchased this in a bundle during the 2017 winter sale. Most of the BGM and ME are orchestral and goes louder as it progresses, drowning the melody that is supposed to make an impression on the listener.

I can confirm that this DLC just doesn't download. Contacted steam support and they didn't seem to be aware of the issue. I just requested a refund, since it's just too much of a hassle. A shame, really. I would recommend not purchasing this until this is
