RoF has an interesting combat system that never really evolves from the basic premise. The enemy scaling is all over the place (especially towards the end bosses), the story is hidden in NPC dialogue, and it gets very grindy towards the end.

Played this for the first time on my PS3, never got past ch1. It is a "hard" game to understand, but it is so much fun once you do get it ! It makes me feel great when I finally beat a fight that was kicking my ass.

This game is a mystery. The tutorials are terrible, the combats are nonsense, the buttons aren't even clear. The opening cinematic makes no sense and the introduction is a series of fetch quests. Terrible first impression, I see no reason to keep playing
