There's a lot of variety of classes and the more you unlock the more freedom you get. It's a great game if you have an itch for Trpg and just want to quickly jump into some fights.

If you're like me and every other TRPG cannot stand up to Final Fantasy Tactic's combat and class systems, Rad Codex's tactics games are for you. They all have a hybrid class system just like FFT, with some changes that I like and there aren't any useless

Can be broken by stealthing to ruins and farming that place. I think this studio makes very decent games.

Another certified hood classic from Rad Codex. Like voidspire, played this years ago, came back this month after horizon's gate to revisit the series. It feels like Alvora gets slept on compared to other games in the setting/series, but it does plenty w

Surprisingly enjoyable tactical game, a lot of classes, skills, items, synergies and accessible, but deep combat

This is a solo Dev that really knows how to make a great game. So much heart.

Of the Rad Codex tactics RPGs, this is probably my least favorite, but that's like saying Dark Souls 2 is the worst souls game; it's technically true, but DS2 is still a masterpiece. If you're a fan of Tactics RPGs, you should really pick this up.

If you've already played Voidspire Tactics and Horizon's Gate and just want more of that combat system in a different little package, this is a no-brainer.

This game rules. I played Voidspire Tactics and had trouble with it. Didn't end up finishing because the game frustrated me with its seeming inability to realize its own mechanics. Alvora does not have this weakness. Alvora Tactics uses procgen in a

Alvora Tactics is the second Rad Codex game, featuring turn based combat and an FFTactics-inspired class system, Based around exploring a single, procedural dungeon--the remains of a giant city-eating worm--Alvora doesn't have much to differentiate it fro

Out of all the Rad Codex tactics games (minus Kingsvein as of currently writing), Alvora Tactics might be considered the black sheep of the series. Not to say it's bad, but it's quite a departure from Voidspire's open world nature. The combat is pretty mu

Same RadCodex universe I've come to love. Familiar yet fresh. This time we get a dungeon crawler! A short game, as I beat it at around 13h playtime, and I'm a gaming slowpoke. Looking forward to the next title :)

Had fun with this one. I ended up playing this after Voidspire tactics and although the progression was different, it overall had a similar feeling between the battles and classes. While Voidspire is more of a collect-a-thon with a main hub area, Alvo

A short dungeon crawler with a bit of procedural generation. Doesn't have the exploration or story or Voidspire Tactics, but it's also cheaper, so I think the price is right if you just want more of the same gameplay with some nice quality of life impr

if what u want is a dungeon-crawler party-based RPG that cuts down on excess time-filler and just shuttles you between the field and strategizing on party composition off-field, this is the right package

can't talk about alvora without talking about voidspire. of the two, it's the less grand adventure - the scope is more restrained as this game is a much smaller dungeon crawl over an actual adventure. it compensates with a bit more mechanical depth - more

This game is kind of mediocre, mostly just that it doesn't control very well and it's sort of low quality. I think a lot of people sort of give this a pass because it's a solo dev and he tried - but I kind of regret that I bought this because now it's in
