great workout. its like hitting mitts. i recommend putting your own track in and use some DnB mix on hard. metal or other genres are too slow. it seems to go by the drum beat. 40min DnB mix on hard and youll drop weight.

As much as I love boxing, and I think this is a rather fun experience, I cannot recommend this game.
