i honestly love this game. After 100% the 2D version and completing the new-ish 3D version, i can definitely say as a player this game is great for at minimum 20h of fun.
However, I do have to say from the development side of things, I prefer the 2D vers

The game has a predetermined resolution, buggy menus, and no rebinding. The movement feels bad when you are holding an item and I wish it would go back to the 2D version. Do not recommend.

the unreal engine version has many bugs clunky controls and no selling mechanic, however the legacy version is way better none of any of the issues i mentioned above i am biased however as i have crashed in the unreal version far to many times.

honestly, this game has to be one of my favorite physics based game, if you choose to buy this game, i'd recommend playing the legacy version of this game and after that play the newest version. i'd say this game would be worth the price
