JanusVR is amazing social VR experience and can run in a browser outside of steam on any OS, whereas VRChat is currently Windows only. I'm experimenting with exporting my Unity worlds built for VRChat into Janus as well to expand support to all platforms.

Janus VR was a VR Web Browser program. It worked on my system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. This program can be used without VR headset.
