Very Early Access Game, but man does it have soul.
You can play two modes:
Sandbox mode: where you edit terrain, add trees/water make buildings interiors and spawn in units to play out little scenarios. Its a bit too complicated for my small brain.

Early on I had a bad bug where the units would comically run past each other, but I knew the game still has potential so I reported the bug and waited.
