Both of the wargears are very useful, especially the Ursidae Trophy because it increases the health of your minions and turret so your Lord General can survive longer in battle.

Ursidae Trophy is going to be somewhat of a decent choice for early Lord Generals in particular, helping your turrets and minions survive for a bit longer. May still work later on with different turrets and minions.
