It is actually a scam.
They promise "unique perks", but they did not add any to the game.
All three races can be built in the "custom race" option.
If you just want some new graphics, you can buy it, but be aware, cause that is all you get.

Dreams come true. With the new DLC feels the game completed. Im so happy. The Races, the Gov´s and Antarians, Absolutley Great Game. The wait was worth it. Hope u wouldn´t stop the work at this Game^^ New Races and Ideas ´re welcome...

I'm glad I waited to finally get into the game. New races are fantastic. Well voiced and full of charisma. I wish every game had the budget to voice characters as well as this. Get it in the multipack for $10 as opposed to individually to save money.
