So this game might not seem to be as fun as other VR titles. It's definitely a workout if you consciously try and squat through it, keeping your feet flat on the ground.
If you do squats for workouts, this game will help trick you into them. Reccomended

I am sorry, i cannot recommend this game. I played it like 10 min tops.
It is very strange to have no arms, and also not to have a body makes no sense.
You dont really need to evade the objcts, just make sure the dont hit your head - everything else does
