You gotta really love this plane in order to feel good about buying it. The B1B can only max out at Mach 1.25 and cruises without afterburner at a steady M1.10 at about %85 to %90 throttle. Depends on the load out weight.

I grew up in Chicago and I remember, as a kid, this BEAST flying low and fast right along the lakefront. It was so loud that it would set off all of the car alarms in all the neighborhoods along the lake. I have always loved and wanted to fly the B-1B.

I bought it and now somewhat regret it. It does have a virtual cockpit and a gps...and that is it. No regular cockpit, no panel device shortcuts and a semi-functional auto pilot. I hope you like going at maximum thrust, as once you hit it your auto speed
