Instead of purchasing a starter car, you can choose a supercharged car for free and upgrade it to the max. I bought this game on sale with this dlc it works out cheaper.

Get it while it's on sale and it's a good addition to the game. Not as good as the Tropical Ice DLC pack in my opinion but still adds a decent amount of content to the game with a new track location (4 routes); 3 new championships and 4 new cars, as well
