Il y a les DLC et LES DLC. Celui-ci est UN DLC. L'ajout des épidémies change totalement le gameplay, la façon de réfléchir, de planifier. On veut plus d'extensions comme celle-ci et moins de cache-misère uniquement destinés à se faire de l'argent.
