if you want call of the dead to work properly ,you have to install the multiplayer part of BO1,it uses assets from the 4 other DLC maps and cant run without them.

So here are a fair few negative reviews here due to the game crashing when you launch CotD, I had the same issue, you just have to download the Multiplayer for the game as well as the singleplayer to play the DLC maps. Hope this helps.
