Nice and free 360 video app. Would like an even better selection of quality 360 videos, but compared to others (Jaunt and Wevr) Littlestar offers a lot. No option to choose your own videos from YouTube or HD, but its free and well worth a look.

Littlstar is a free, 360 degree video client. I've tried it on my vive, oculus and gear VR, and you've got still more options in daydream and desktop client. It's really well implemented, clean user interface, great video quality, options to favorite.

There is an alternative software to a VR program that shows black screen and never starts, it's called PAINT.
Just open paint and chosoe black as the filler color.
Or just close your eyes in a dark room.
Same effect.
