Definitely the better choice of the two packs that have scenarios. Most scenarios include custom CAW versions of important generic officers. So you'll see a CAW version of Yuan Shu for instance running around in certain ones.

Pros:
-Add 22 scenarios in Empire Mode & 3 scenarios/battlefields in Free Mode & 15 horses in Edit Mode
-Add 14 BGMs, previous generation BGMs are full of memories
-Tawny could look a little bit strange at the first impression. War Steeds
