Same issues I had with the basic Vulture version. No way to rotate the map means things will be hidden from you. Things that will kill you. Death is permanent in this game (and real life) so avoid this graphical "enhancement". There are many more free

When I try to run Vulture for Slash'EM, Vulture for Nethack starts instead. I've tried to reinstall the game and restart steam, but nothing works for me.
I've played the game alot without steam and it's an amazing game. Absolutely worth it if you get it
