I'm giving the game a thumbs up as its a one man dev, very cheap, and functionally fine. However, I have a lot of issues. I’ll list my thoughts down below, both positive and negative.

Yokai Tales is an enjoyable game. I think Roguelite and Rougelike players will have a great time.
The artwork reminds me of Cuphead and the battle system requires strategy and provides a challenge.
