Alright. [i]Avernum 2: Crystal Souls[/i] is done and dusted. This is a direct sequel to [i]Escape from the Pit[/i], set a decade after the events of the first game. I enjoyed the approach Spiderweb took for this sequel.

Deep crunch RPG systems are well provided in the Avernum series but due to that niche it's hard to recommend the earlier titles over the more polished later tiles.
