Basically what you are getting are premade buildings. If you tried to make your own buildings out of the tilesets provided you would be severly limited as there are very few intermedate blocks to allow for extension. The quality is good and they are nice

Exceptionally sparse content given the 10 dollar price tag. You are basically paying $1 per image at the list price. Also the tilesets aren't well suited to modlarity, meaning making different or larger buildings is cumbersome at best, impossible at worst
