I mean, this was one of the first games I've had ever owned for the 20 years ago. I didnt even know what was a strategy game back then.

For all TL:DR people:
1) Go to https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases
2) Scroll down to Assets and click on it
3) Download DDrawCompat-v0.4.0.zip
4) Unzip ddraw.dll and put it in the deadlock file directory
Run as administrator.
