Almost skipped this free puzzle game but I'm glad I gave it a go!
Puzzles are more on the easier side but that's absolutely fine, plus the game forces you to play it slow. All in all this was a sweet and quite original experience.

This is a very simple, straight-forward game that has you doing breathing techniques in order to unlock puzzle mechanics, and it WORKS. Played it on stream where I always have high anxiety and playing through the game and doing the exercises helped!
