This is a short DLC, not an expansion.
Very short because character is leveled pretty high by the time InkHunt becomes unlocked; ended up just running through the maps much quicker than was expecting.
But a good follow up to the story.

Ink Hunt opens a short new questline pretty much in the middle of the game, including new enemies and bosses. Difficulty is pretty tough, got oneshotted quite some times.
