Beautiful princess game.
It's like a RPG based entirely on skill checks. You choose what to learn, then test the skills in quests or events or conversations. There are no dice rolls - either you have the right skills or you don't.

It took me three days of more or less constant playing and a myriad of reloads to finally win the Election for the first time.
I expected nothing less from a LLtQ sequel.
This one doesn't have major plot events like the war in LLtQ, which was a bit of a

If Long Live the Queen is like the Dark Souls of visual novel raising sims, then Galaxy Princess Zorana, the sequel we've been waiting for for 12 years, is the Elden Ring of visual novel raising sims.
Pro's:
The "open world" aspect of Galaxy Princess Zor

I'm not anywhere near 100%ing it yet, but it really does feel like a proper sequel to Long Live the Queen. It's got the same themes and actions. That's all I wanted.
My only complaint is the lack of flavor text for milestones when training up skills.

The sequel to LLTQ has a lot of improvements, generally it feels like skill checks can be circumvented a lot better if you save enough and are mindful of what sort of quests or events coming up you're getting into. The game also has one character to give

I really enjoyed this game. Finally winning the election after several attempts felt amazing.

If you've played Long Live the Queen before, this is a bit similar, but in my opinion while still quite good it is a weaker game overall. The game is "open world" in a sense in that you can travel around and decide in which order you speak to characters.

If you enjoy stat-raisers, this is a must-have game. If you like Hanako Games, this is a must-have game.

Worthy successor to one of my favourite games of all time. I miss the hints about what you've learned when you study, but the political intrigue is great fun.

A well-written, and challenging, example of the train-your-character RPG/sim genre, and a worthy sequel to Long Live the Queen. The addition of a far more sophisticated election system, requiring the appeasement of a wide array of characters and factions

I've only just scratched the surface of this game but it is a lot of fun and is a lot like one of my favorite games, 'Long Live the Queen'. I'm looking forward to playing a lot more. I just hit a spot where I'm gonna get assassinated, lol, so have to star

I loved (and still love) Long Live the Queen. So knowing this would be a sequel (of sorts) I was waiting for this one for a long time. I unfortunately missed the kickstarter, but the price tag did not deter me.
What awaited me...
Let's go over pros and

You travel the world trying to get votes, this sandbox element of the game works well.
But main story beats are largely non existent, making the game feel a bit dull. All this interesting stuff is locked behind very specific requirements that you are unl

It's okay... I think there needed to be a stronger lead in to the story, and unusually I think the elector vote mechanic that drives the game actually is detrimental to the cohesion of the story. We're meant to think this is a big bad spooky Empire, but w

I've been a fan of indie developer Georgina Bensley/Hanako Games for over 20 years and was an especially big fan of her life simulator games, Cute Knight and Long Live the Queen. So I was pretty much obligated to buy this. It's sort of a sequel to Long Li
