I swear the laser does no damage, it never seems to do anything to even stationary squads. It also costs $2000 in game to fire it, and since it doesn't seem to do anything, I'd have to say no.

Nunca llegue a utilizar el edifcio, porque nunca me vi en la necesidad de usarlo.
