A bug which is leading to this rezension.
When playing this game it is fun, but when you leave it, no other game can be played. A forced restart of Steam or the entire PC (in my case only this works) is the only solution I found so far.

Caused massive memory use, over 25GB RAM stuck after quit the game.
Could not open other games after exiting this game, had to clear the windows page file to make things work again.
Most likely poorly made game.
