this is the best of the old tex murphy adventures. I made it work on windows 10 64 bit. to do so, download ffdshow and make sure you check most of the boxes in ffdshow . especially mpeg 1 and 2 and libavoedec. the game will play well except for occasion

Ho giocato a tutti i Tex Murphy e ho voluto quindi anche fare questo che è una narrazione, tramite flashback, del primo gioco, Mean Streets del 1989. Trovo che il "modernizzare" al 1998 il gioco gli abbia fatto del gran bene.

Disaster of an implementation. Under Linux this will jam up your Steam library with constant validation. Under Windows 10 it will work badly and not show important game items properly. Even uninstalling it is difficult.

I loved this game and if you live in 1998 I would highly recommend it (if you don't have the better looking DVD version - this is a CD release). Even the awesome Nightdive Studios didn't fix the compatibility issues and the game does not work properly on

This game doesn't run on modern computers.
According to the Steam discussions, installing of third party software might get the game to work, but I'm not willing to do that.
