This game gives me a solid puzzle to play when I don't have time to sit down for hours and play another game. Each mystery is about 15 minutes long, and there is usually a bonus challange you can try, make so much money, use so many lockpicks, etc. It's

Each scenario takes 5 minutes or less, and there's a lot of things to do in the meantime. Very lightweight, genuinely fun, an excellent music. It's perfect for winding down in the evening.

This is a 2D retro pixel point and click style 2D adventure puzzle game with a vague "noir" detective theme. The game was written in Java, which should give you a pretty clear idea of what we're dealing with here. This is game that's making a ripoff of

Without very many logic-deduction style crime games to choose from, Noir Syndrome fits snugly into a largely unrepresented subgenre of mystery. It has the basic logic features down, it has badges (in-game achievements), challenges (which aren't always in

I remember wanting to enjoy this game when I played it a long time ago, but I just found it disappointing and lacking. I like the noir and pixel aesthetics. The procedurally generated elements hold the game back more than they help it. Runs can be quite s

The game is short and fun but it takes you a few rounds to get your bearings in the game. Rather than being a full detective game it's more like a game of "Guess Who". Except you don't have all the player cards to start guessing who it could be. It took m

TLDR: Not bad, just not as good as I’d hoped. General Thoughts/Overview: Noir Syndrome (NS) is an excellent idea executed with extremely limited success. The base idea of the game is you are a detective hunting a serial killer. The tw

This game has a very cool concept. Not much story or progression (rouge-like) but the gameplay is very fun i hope this procedural detective concept can be improved even further by other games. note: I recommend this game for mobile devices that is where
