I'm not used to the survival/base building genre, but this is a great introduction to it! You are able to gather, craft and fight for resources, while exploring a large map and encountering colorful characters and factions. Recommended!

Fun zombie voxel survival game. The controls are a little different from most other games these days but work fine when you get used to them. You can set up a base with automatic defenses, besides zombies, there are also hostile factions and friendly NPCs
