I don't think there is enough room to be able to say "Every playthrough is different". From memory there is around 10-12 room and 9 staircase puzzle and a full run is 8 room which really make it not that different between run even if the order is differen

Very, very phenomenal liminal/backrooms-type game! The textures and rooms are incredibly realistic, which really adds to the immersion. There are plenty of scary anomalies and creepy places to explore that keep the tension high throughout.
