It works as normal, but anyone can download (or online website) a free text to speech and do the same thing.
As for your custom voices, it dose not work at all. It only works with what you put into the narrator on your PC a

worked for the first day, after that it just opens a small window that has "growl affect" at the top, an even smaller window of a grid, then an even smaller window in that of just a white box.
