Enjoyable, playable Gberg game in an hour or less. Some thinking to do for both sides. A few odd things like the sharpshooter can really gum things up and are pretty gamey. Also biggest complaint is the 1d6 swings that can happen but hey, it's a game.

A simple yet masterful wargame. Enjoyable on Steam Deck also. The fact that they are making a sequel on the battle of Waterloo is simply amazing. Buy the game for this low price and enjoy a masterpiece!

A refreshing throwback game of the old SPI/TAHGC games: but there are a few twists. The tutorial will have you up and running quickly. A gem for $4.99.

First game: despite mismanaging my cavalry, I beat Bobby Lee. So I can't call it a simulation, since in real life I don't think I could out-general the man. But I think it is nevertheless quite a good game with a very pleasant and historically infor

Fantastic digital implementation of a good simple Gettysburg wargame. I just played a few turns against the AI as confederate and I didn't see any mistakes at all. I hope the 'Waterloo 1805' with the same system will join Steam ASAP as that is a masterpie

Extremely easy to pick up and play. Perfect for when you've only got 20-30 minutes spare but feel the wargaming itch coming on. AI seems competent enough to provide a challenge at first. More scenarios would be nice but at it's current price it's hard to

This is an old school hex and counter war game like I grew up playing and still love playing to this day. This is also a very faithful conversion of the board game designed by Mark Herman and published in C3i Magazine #32 and it was developed into

Crisp and simple, the game distills Gettysburg to a 30-40 minute session of tough decisions. Given that it's the price of a beer or a couple coffees, you really can't go wrong with this if you are into board wargaming or abstract strategy. Highly looking

This is an excellent albeit quick hex based war game with an excellent interface. The map is gorgeous and counters sharp. I'd easily recommend this to beginners and pro's alike. I picked it up on sale for next to nothing and the regular price is around $6

A great adaptation of the tabletop game, designed by Mark Herman who is one of the true legends of wargame design. Not overly complex but with great decision space in terms of manuever and attempting to create advantageous situations for your forces. If y

Good little game, well worth playing. Does indeed remind me a bit of the games I played back in the 70s from Avalon Hill and SPI, but with some interesting modern twists. Simple, easy to pick up but fun to play.

This game is a faithful recreation of the Gettysburg board game. The AI plays very well, and the rules all seem to be in place, I have not tried multiplayer yet, but if you are interested this game I would definitely suggest buying the steam version to s

Accurate rendition of the GMT mini-game. It's short, very short. And small. A session lasts 20 minutes, and there are no alternative scenarios. Recommended only if you own the boardgame and want to play it.
