Great game to play in coop, it looks like it is using some server to hose the game even though you create games. I was getting a 23ms ping when my friend from CA created the game which is typically around 70ms.
It took us 11 hours to beat all 3 acts.

Wow. An amazing game. For real if you like roguelites and Risk of Rain 2 there's no reason you shouldn't like this.
One big problem. You can run through most enemies to get to the objective so it's a really easy game, but still fun.
