Je viens de finir ma première partie d'early access en terminant la période de la renaissance.
Je recommande vivement ce jeu indépendant développé par une petite équipe française.

The new epoch needs a new city centre and thus a new town, you cant upgrade whats already there or expand outside while keeping the old city inside. You know, like the way cities are build.
There is no real way to redo what has been placed, you are stuck
